Update 2.0

Update 2.0 Patch Notes:

- Grace period between waves is now 90 seconds.

- The flintlock now costs 10 iron.

- The bullets now cost 4 iron.

- New sticks and rocks appear after each wave.

- Flintlock now does 100 damage.

- The ranger fish now does 10 damage.

- Added a pause menu

- Trees now break twice as fast.

- A lot of bug-fixes and code cleanup.
